Incredibly professional and thorough. William helped us identify sources of water damage additional to the one we knew about and helped us get in touch with a reputable remediation company. He followed up quickly, communicated well, and made sure we were happy with the whole process. Would definitely work with Howard Environmental again (event though I hope I don't have to).

I am quite thankful that we had William Rivers from Howard Environmental support us during an exhaustive and time consuming mold issue. He was actually the second consultant I had reached out to because the first gave me so little information and a remediation plan that basically tore the whole house apart. William was able to be more investigative during the inspection process and precise with his remediation plan which saved us unnecessary expenses. During the process of trying to figure out where the moisture was coming from, he was essential in the discovery and subsequent cleaning and repair. I was so appreciative that he was available for my many questions and consultations, he is truly an expert! I will always recommend William and Howard Environmental for excellent work and support through the insurance process, and remediation.

William was fantastic during our mold inspection. He was incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, which I appreciated in this stressful situation of unknowns. It was nice to not feel rushed. He was quick to show up, very detailed and responsive, and upfront with his pricing-no upselling anything unnecessary either. I would absolutely use him again and recommend him to anyone (though I hope I don’t have to!)

William is someone you want as a mold resource. He is professional, knowledgeable, answers questions in layman’s terms and if he doesn’t know the answer to your question, he does not hesitate to find out and report back. His work ethic is rare for his generation. Truly, a breath of fresh air. Pun intended!

William from Howard Environmental is a very knowledgeable, honest, and kind person. He doesn't hesitate to share his valuable knowledge and is very transparent when it comes to his process and pricing. He'll make sure that you don't pay for anything that you do not need to. He has a 1 day turnaround time for all lab samples, and he'll come out to inspect your problem as soon as he can, with no unnecessary delays. Bottom line: if you're looking for an honest, fast, and skilled environmental specialist, Howard Environmental is the way to go!

William was wonderful! He made sure to our appointment time was OUR time. He arrived promptly and was not in a rush. He took the time to explain the process as well as the purpose/goal of each test. He explained his equipment and the lab expectations, as well as provided his expertise, knowledge and experience in a way that I could understand; he explained the terminology and jargon and made sure I was comfortable and present during the inspection. William was very polite and professional! I am more than 100% satisfied with his process and quick turnaround for his findings/recommendations report and also for the lab report. I am glad we worked with William and will be sure to reach out to him if further assistance is needed in the future! Thanks William and thanks Howard Environmental LLC!

William Rivers with Howard Environmental is a topnotch professional! We needed timely and thorough work done regarding recently discovered water damage and the potential for mold. Rivers scheduled us promptly, inspected the affected areas, and carried out testing. He communicated well without being condescending, eagerly shared his professional opinion, and performed good consumer education. We later had him do follow up clearance testing after the water mitigation and mold remediation work. Rivers has got the science down, and he provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend him, and while I hope I never need him again (!), I would hire him again without hesitation.

With the help of Howard Environmental, I was able to figure out if I have mold and how harmful it might be. Mr. Rivers service was professional and friendly. Didn't take long based off the level of help i needed. Showed up on time. Was able to inform me of other physical damage happening to my apartment that I hadn't noticed. Was very informative and helpful in my fight against my apartment complex not making repairs to prevent mold. I greatly appreciate the help, i needed it.

After several issues with my new build and three different inspectors, Howard environmental was able to figure out a few issues that was missed by others. They're very thorough with their inspection and very knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend! Will be a repeat customer in the future.

I’d recommend 5 out of 5 times and I would use again. Great experience. Will Rivers was our inspector - Will is experienced, thorough, communicates excellently and cares about what he does. Expectations were clear, turnaround on the report was quick, the contents of the report were excellent, and Will followed up once the report was issued to answer any questions. I would trust Howard Environmental again with my home and my business.
